European Action Days 2022

Food march, farmers festival, autumn brunch, disco soup and much more: those were the Good Food Good Farming Action Days 2022! People across Europe got together to celebrate food and farming, raising their voices for sustainable policies while demanding the end of pesticides. With more than 50 colourful, creative and loud events in 13 different countries, the Action Days showed once again: Europe´s civil society is ready for the sustainable transition of our food system!

Impressions from the participatory action “Detox EU agriculture”

In our participatory action, more than 500 people across Europe sent us their demands for better pesticide regulations together with a piece of their hair – the silent witness of our exposure to pesticides. Thank you all for your support!

In a great protest action in front of the EU parliament in Brussels, we displayed the colourful envelopes and stated clearly: European citizens are fed up with pesticides! We want a drastic pesticide reduction and the protection of human and environmental health – now!

Culminating protest in Brussels

On 27 October 2022, the Good Food Good Farming movement protested in front of the EU parliament in Brussels for better pesticide regulations! With glorious speeches, music and a photo action we made clear: EU agriculture needs a detox! As a special attraction, we displayed the demands of more than 500 EU-citizens.
