European Action Days 2023
Food march, farmers festival, autumn brunch, disco soup and a culminating protest action in front of the EU Parliament! That’s a wrap for the Good Food Good Farming Action Days 2023.
With 90 colourful, creative and loud events in 17 different countries, the Action Days showed once again:
Europe’s civil society is ready for the sustainable transition of our food system!
Postcard Action Photos
In our participatory action, more than 600 people across Europe wrote their demands for better food systems on postcards which we handed over to Members of the European Parliament during the protest action in Brussels. Thank you all for your support!
Prostest in Bruseels
On November 8th 2023, the Good Food Good Farming movement protested in front of the EU Parliament and BASF. High hopes were placed on the EU´s Farm to Fork Strategy but the EU is not living up to its promises! Under the slogan “We can’t eat promises“, we made clear to EU decision makers that we have had enough of the pesticide lobby and that the EU needs stepped up ambition after the 2024 elections. We urgently need decision-makers to deliver policies that fix our broken food system.
Factory farming causes needless animal suffering and fuels the climate crises.
